The Nike Flex Control Tr3 Training Shoe is lightweight, flexible, natural and comfortable in a nutshell. Made from seamless, breathable mesh technology, they hug your foot like a second skin for comfort and support.

The internal reinforcing exoskeleton is responsible for the stabilization and strength of the upper structure. The soft tongue compensates for lacing pressure. For added zoned support and durability, TPU side overlays are linked to the lacing system. An inner sockliner and flexible Phylite outsole provide smooth, bouncy cushioning. Nike Flex Midsole Nike Flex technology promotes natural movement and a smooth roll of the foot.

The durable tread consists of hexagonal elements separated by Flex grooves for increased flexibility in all directions. High wear areas of the tread are reinforced with durable rubber pads.
