Return and refund

We want every customer to find exactly what they are looking for. If, after considering the purchase, you realize that this is not exactly what you wanted, you can return the goods purchased from us (this option applies to goods purchased both directly in the store and remotely). The product must be in its original form - without signs of use, in the original packaging and with the original tags.

You can return the item within 14 days of receiving the item.

You can return the product directly in the store, whether you bought it in the store or remotely:

  • Just go to the Liberi store in Riga, Braslas street 29A, taking with you the goods you want to return.
  • If you paid for the purchased item at the store's checkout, we will ask you to present a purchase receipt.
  • We remind you that the product must be in its original form - without traces of use (in the original packaging and with original tags).
  • If you paid for the purchase remotely, we will refund your money within 5 days in the same way that you paid for it.

If you placed and paid for the order remotely, you do not have to come to the store to return the goods - the return can also be made remotely:

  • Fill out the return form that you received with your purchase.
  • The return form (in Latvian) can be found HERE (you can either print it or fill it out electronically and send it to [email protected]).
  • If you are unable to fill out this questionnaire, please describe in writing in free form the reasons for returning the goods.
  • We remind you that the product must be in its original, original form - without signs of wear, in the original packaging and with original tags.
  • Send us the product along with the completed return form.
  • Please pack the package additionally so that neither the product itself nor its original packaging is damaged during shipment.
  • NB! If you paid for the purchase at the store's checkout, then in the event of a return, you will also have to come to the store to get your money back.

  • If you received your purchase through Omniva, you could return it to us free of charge using the Omniva return code (it was indicated in the SMS that the package was delivered).
  • When using other delivery options, You'll have to cover return shipping costs by yourself (both in Latvia and other countries) at the rates of your chosen service provider. 
  • We do not compensate for the delivery costs of the purchase and an additional commission of 1.10-1.40 euros (which is charged when paying for the order at the Omniva parcel machine or to the courier) (these services have already been provided, the possibility of exchange does not apply to them).

We will refund your return purchase in the same way you paid for it:

  • Money for a purchase paid at the store's cash desk is also refunded in the store: in cash or to your payment card.
  • If you paid for the purchase remotely, we would refund the money for the returned product to the same bank account, PayPal or payment card with which you paid for the purchase.
  • If you paid for your purchase when you received it at an parcel machine or courier, please indicate on the return form the bank account to which the money must be transferred.
  • If you paid for your purchase in our physical store, we'll refund the return immediately, in your presence (when returning the money to your payment card, the term for completing the operation depends on the bank; usually it takes no more than 1-2 days).
  • We transfer money for goods paid for remotely within five working days from the date of receiving the returned goods.
  • Write an e-mail to [email protected], and attach photos of the product defects
  • In the event of an obvious defect, it is not necessary to return the defective product.
  • The e-mail and shipment must include a document confirming the purchase, i.e. a receipt or delivery note.
  • To receive a refund for product defects, the Buyer must fill out the questionnaire, available HERE. If the questionnaire cannot be found, the Buyer shall describe the defects in writing in free form.
  • The completed questionnaire should be sent to [email protected].
  • If the goods need to be returned to LIBERI store and the defect is confirmed, LIBERI will reimburse the Buyer for the shipping costs.
