These Biomecanics leather ankle boots carry the Podologic seal from the Official College of Podiatrists and feature a zero-drop construction, keeping the foot level from heel to toe with room for the toes to spread; the design respects the foot's natural growth, developed in collaboration with the Institute of Biomechanics of Valencia (IBV). The lightweight, flexible sole has a non-slip tread that supports stability while walking, while the breathable On Steam textile lining and removable insole keep the shaft aired, with the insole showing how much room is left at the front of the foot. A reinforced toe cap protects against rubbing, the adjustable fastening opens wide for easy, unforced putting-on, and external FOAMtech supports the ankle in place of a rigid heel counter, with the shaft wrapping around without limiting movement. The materials are chrome- and nickel-free, with an antibacterial treatment applied.
