3. All discount coupons can only be used to reduce the number of items in the basket in the Liberi.lv online store.
4. Discount coupons can not be combined with other discounts applied in the Liberi.lv online store (as a web-banners).

• If you've been forwarded to our website by clicking on an advertisement that offers a discount code (such as a banner ad, a link in an email, or an SMS), the code will be automatically activated for you.
• If you arrived at our website through other means, you can activate the discount coupon by entering the code in the designated box during the checkout.
• If you want to use the coupon discount when shopping in our off-line store, just name it to our consultant at the checkout.

You can make sure that your coupon is active in several ways:

• When you activate the coupon, you will see an inscription at the top of the page: "Hurrah, your discount coupon is activated! The final prices are displayed next to each item."
• All product prices covered by this coupon will be discounted.
• In your Cart, there will be a note [Coupon] above the red rectangle with the amount of the discount next to each item.
• Also, when placing an order, at the bottom of the form, in the Additional discounts section, there should be the text: "Coupon code XXX with X% discount is applied."

Each coupon can have its own expiration date - we usually indicate it in the communication materials when we invite you to use the discount code.

You can use the Liberi discount coupon exclusively when shopping at Liberi: both online and in person at our store in Riga, Braslas 29A.

We do not combine discounts - we will apply the highest discount available to you to your purchase.

There may be several reasons for this:

1) Of all the discounts available to you, we will apply only one to each item - with the highest rate.

For example, if the coupon discount is 20%, and you added to your cart an item from a previous years collection that already has a 40% discount, both discounts will not be combined - we will apply a 40% discount to the purchase. And for products of the new collection that have not yet been discounted, we will apply a 20% discount using a coupon,

2) A discount coupon might be applied only for products of a certain brand (or several brands) - we make sure to inform you about this when offering to use the coupon. In this case, the discount will not apply to products of other brands.

If you are unable to activate the discount coupon, please double-check that you entered the code correctly, or that the items you added to the cart correspond to the promotional offer (for example, the brand). If everything is correct, but the code still does not work, please contact us and we will be happy to help you resolve the issue.
