Procedure for returning or exchanging of an item


You can return any item (even items on sale) within 30 days from receiving the order at your own expense.

You can exchange any item (even items on sale) within 90 days from receiving the order.

 

Do you want to exchange the item for another model or size?

  1. The products must be in a non-used condition.
  2. You must add a document which confirms the purchase of an item: a receipt or invoice.
  3. Please use our Return Form when sending a product back to us - click here to read and print it! We also offer to place a new order in our shop at the same time, by indicating in comments the number of previous order. The ordered item will be immediately reserved for you and shipped to your address as soon as we receive the returned item.
  4. For your convenience - return address is added to your package and you can stick it on the return package.
  5. In case of returning an item delivery costs are covered by the customer.
  6. The moment your return is processed at our warehouse we will issue a refund to the same account as used at the moment of purchase. We cannot refund to another account than the account where the payment was made from.

Do you want to return an item?

  1. Item must be in initial, original appearance — without signs of use.
  2. You must add a document which confirms the purchase of an item: a receipt or invoice.
  3. Fill out the form attached to the shipped item or homepage HERE. If you cannot find the form or it was lost, describe freely the reason of returning the item and indicate the account for receiving the money.
  4. For your convenience - return address is added to your package and you can paste it over on the return package.
  5. Costs of return of an item are covered by the customer.

Have you noticed a defective article or defect during the use?

  1. If you have noticed a defective article - contact us via e-mail: info(@)liberi.lv and add photos showing the defective article.
  2. In case of an evident defective article there is no need to return the defective article.
  3. You must add the document confirming the purchase - a receipt or invoice.
  4. When you return an item, please, fill out the form which will be sent together with goods or HERE. If you don't have a form or it was lost, freely describe the reasons of returning of exchanging of an item.
  5. If a defect is established and it must be returned, the return costs will be reimbursed. All your costs will be reimbursed by our online shop.
