9. RETURN AND EXCHANGE OF GOODS
9.1. The Buyer may exchange the goods as follows:
9.1.1. Any product may be exchanged for another product within a period of 1 month.
9.1.2. If the Buyer wants to exchange a product, the product must be in its original condition and appearance, without any signs of use or dirt (shoes must be placed in the original box and clothes must have all the tags).
9.1.3. The Buyer must attach the completed product exchange form to the parcel, which was included in the parcel and is available HERE. If it is not possible to find, print out or download the form, the Buyer can freely describe in writing the reason for the exchange and indicate the model that he wishes to receive in exchange.
9.1.4. The Buyer may immediately place a new order at Liberi.lv by indicating in the comments the previous order number. The ordered product will be reserved for the Buyer and sent to the address specified in the order as soon as LIBERI receives the product to be exchanged.
9.1.5. Sending goods back to LIBERI from Latvia or Lithuania using Omniva parcels is free of charge within 14 days from the date of receiving the Order. When sending from outside Latvia and Lithuania or after 14 days, or if other service providers are used, the associated delivery costs are the Buyer's responsibility.
9.1.6. In the event of an exchange, LIBERI covers the delivery costs of replacement goods to the Buyer within Latvia and Lithuania (applies only for the first exchange of the item). For deliveries to other countries, the associated delivery costs are the responsibility of the Buyer.
9.1.7. If the Buyer wishes to exchange an item more than once, the Buyer is responsible for covering the costs associated with each subsequent return and delivery.
9.2. The Buyer may return the product as follows:
9.2.1. The Buyer may return the product to LIBERI within 14 days from the date of purchase.
9.2.2 The refund will be processed to the Buyer's original payment account within 5 working days from the moment LIBERI receives the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
9.2.3. The product must be in its original condition and appearance, without any signs of use or dirt (shoes must be placed in the original box and clothes must have all the tags).
9.2.4. The Buyer must attach to the parcel the filled-in return form, which was included in the parcel and is available HERE. If it is not possible to find, print out or download the form, the Buyer can freely describe in writing the reason for the return.
9.2.5. If the Buyer paid for the order to the Courier or Omniva parcel machine upon receiving the order, the money for the returned item will be transferred to the bank account specified in the return form. Please enclose the return form when sending the item back to LIBERI.
9.2.6. For customers in Latvia and Lithuania, returning goods with Omniva parcels is free of charge within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods. However, if the return occurs outside these countries or after 14 days, or if other service providers are used, the Buyer will bear the associated costs.
9.2.7. The Buyer can return goods purchased online directly to the LIBERI store - in this case, LIBERI will refund the money for the purchase following what is described in clause 9.2.2. of this Agreement.
9.3. The Buyer shall send the goods to be returned to LIBERI by Omniva or Latvijas Pasts:
9.3.1. By Omniva: Riga T/C Minska parcel terminal (Nīcgales iela 2, Riga); Recipient’s phone number – 29406727
9.3.2. By Latvijas pasts to the following address: SIA LIBERI, Braslas iela 29A Riga, LV-1084
9.4. Identifying Manufacturing Defect Upon Receipt:
9.4.1. If the defect does not impact product functionality and the Buyer wishes to use the product:
9.4.1.1. The Buyer can email [email protected], specifying the order number and detailing the defect. Attach a clear photo or video of the product highlighting the defect.
9.4.1.2. LIBERI will respond within 3 (three) working days. If the defect is confirmed, LIBERI will propose compensation options and collaborate to agree with the Buyer on the subsequent steps.
9.4.2. If the Buyer prefers to return the defective product:
9.4.2.1. Buyer follows the return process outlined in clauses 9.2.2–9.2.7 and 9.3 of this Agreement.
9.4.2.2. In the return form, the Buyer is to indicate the reason for returning the item as "Defect (Brāķis)."
9.4.2.3. After confirming the defect, LIBERI will reimburse the Buyer for both the defective item and the shipping costs.
9.5. Identifying Defect During Product Use the Buyers acts as follows:
9.5.1. Email [email protected], mentioning the order number and describing the defect.
9.5.2. Attach the product's purchase document/delivery note and a photo clearly displaying the item and the defect.
9.5.3. LIBERI responds within 3 (three) days. If the defect is confirmed, LIBERI will propose compensation options and collaborate to agree with the Buyer on the subsequent steps.
9.5.4. After an agreement has been reached, the Buyer follows the product return process described in Article 9.3 of this Agreement.
9.5.5. When calculating the amount of compensation, LIBERI may deduct a part of the original purchase price based on product use and condition.
9.5.6. LIBERI acts as agreed to resolve the defect within 5 (five) working days upon receiving the returned item.
9.5.7. For mutually confirmed defects, LIBERI compensates the Buyer for return shipping costs.
9.5.8. Damage to accessories (clasps, locks, decorative elements, Velcro tapes) resulting from regular wear and tear on shoes or clothing is not considered a manufacturing defect. LIBERI does not compensate for costs associated with such damage.
9.6. Exchange or return of goods in accordance with the Consumer Rights law
9.6.1. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Consumer Rights Protection Law, dated 18 March 1999, the consumer is entitled to file a claim regarding non-compliance of the product with the contract terms within 2 years from the date of purchase.
9.6.2. The term for submitting a product claim application shall be 2 years, during which LIBERI will review the possibility to deal with production defects of footwear or clothing.
